VLC Player still remains my player of choice because it simply doesn't require you to install codecs everytime you need to playback a strange format.
ABSoft MVS Player is yet another effort to emulate VLC which includes DivX, XviD, MPG, MPEG4, AVI and WMV formats and allows you to play up to 12 media files at the same time. Why on earth anyone would need to do this is another question but maybe if you're wanting to watch one thing while previewing a few others it could be useful. The most annoying thing however is that it displays Google ads while it's playing which I don't see the point of at all.
ABSoft MVS Player doesn't really offer anything outstanding in the looks department - it's a very basic player that doesn't even offer subtitles support which is a must in my opinion. Still, this does make it very easy to use and there's nothing to confuse you. From the control panel you can manage all the movies you've got on screen at any one time but it would be much more useful to have a control panel for each one.
There's nothing much that distinguishes ABSoft MVS Player from the pack but it is a simple player that's useful for multiple playback at the same time but the ads let it down severely.
